Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Jennifer Rene Psaki is an American political advisor who served as the 34th White House press secretary from 2021 until 2022. She is a part of the Democratic Party and previously served as the White House deputy Press Secretary (2009) as well as the White House deputy Communications Director (2009-2011), the spokesperson for the US Department of State (2013-15) and the White House communications direct (2015-17). Psaki was a contributor to political campaigns to CNN from 2017 until 2020. Psaki began her career with the 2001 re-election campaigns Iowa of Tom Harkin and Tom Vilsack Both Democrats for the U.S. Senate. Psaki was then named as the deputy press secretary for John Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign. Psaki served from 2005 to 2006 as the communications director of Joseph Crowley, U.S. representative, as well as the regional press secretary to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Psaki was named press secretary for President Obama's 2012 presidential election campaign. 20 years ago, Psaki was appointed spokesperson for the United States Department of State in February 2013. There was speculation that she would replace Jay Carney as White House Press Secretary.[21But, Josh Earnest was announced to succeed Carney on May 30th in 2014. The White House welcomed her back to the White House in 2015 as the communications director, and she was there until the conclusion of Obama's presidency.
